Patio Systems Inc., nestled in the beautiful town of Lewes Delaware, has been serving the Delaware and Maryland seashore since 2001. We’ve prospered through the years by pairing careful workmanship with top quality products and have built a reputation on our dedication to the client experience.

Founded by Ron Simmons, a home improvement professional with over 35 years experience, our company began as a small office space in his home with a sub-contractor and has since grown to a 1,700 square ft Office/Showroom with an attached 4,800 square ft Warehouse, and 17 in-house employees.

Personally trained by pioneers of the retractable awning industry and selling/installing custom modular sunrooms since 1981; Ron’s expertise in structural design, estimating, and construction management, along with his commitment to honesty has led Patio Systems to become the largest Aristocrat Awnings dealer in the nation and the biggest Sunspace Sunrooms dealer on the east coast!

As a local BBB accredited business, Patio Systems is devoted to offering the finest awning, sunroom, and decking products at reasonable pricing. We only sell and install in areas we can properly service and we buy directly from leading manufacturers at volume discounts, eliminating the middle layers of distribution.
