No dictionary contains the proper words to correctly express our satisfaction, and gratitude to DEAN CUSTOM AWNING, especially after being ripped-off by their (non)-competition Tri State Awning (Don't touch them. Remember, you have been warned. Just stay away. Never call them!). •The construction is so strong, built to withstand the notorious inclement weather of Upstate NY; the choice of fabric is very appealing, and the craftsmanship is superb! •The entire process from design to installation; customer service through various flexible payment options, is so well orchestrated by the all beloved TINO and staff! •The timing is far better than expected and their beautiful end-product has been delivered weeks sooner than promised. •The awning, curtains & see-through windows present themself so majestically that family, friends and acquaintances frequently come over to just sit on the deck and admire their professional look. "It gives you that feel of the Catskill surrounding", they all say, and love to stay! •They painted the Aluminum Galvanized Tubes a beautiful Black color, as you can see in the uploaded photos, so they perfectly blend in to the rest of the deck!! •The prior Awning mistakenly made by tri state, always required two Adults to open it. This one made by DEAN CUSTOM AWNINGS is so easy to open that my Daughter is able to open it without any help! This is called professionalism! tri-state still don't know how to figure this out 🙁 •Last but not least, while the rip-off non-competitor Tri State required of us to pay up the entire balance before finishing their lousy work, despite a signed contract otherwise, DEAN CUSTOM AWNINGS allows all clients monthly payments! This tells you a lot about the confidence in their product, craftsmanship and customer service to expect. •WHEN YOU CALL FOR SERVICE, THEY EITHER SHOW UP ON TIME AS PROMISED OR SOONER! •No other Awning Company in this entire region comes even close to their work. Don't waste your time, as we have already done the research for you and learned the hard way! GO DEAN ALL THE WAY. YOU'LL BE GLAD YOU DID. 6/24/2020. We just added photos of this stunning Awning by DEAN! Ah, the beauty; the craftsmanship; the attention to detail; the convenience; the price; the pay plan, the speed of Manufacture, delivery & professional installation, the excellent fast, devoted and caring Customer Service, the list goes on and on. We are soooo glad the non-competitor goofed, so we got this pleasure of both worlds!!! Take our free hard learned advice: Don't call anyone else; don't go through the unnecessary pain.
